3. Classes and Membership
Enrollment in classes, trials, and membership programs is subject to availability and our scheduling policies. We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, and program offerings. Participants must follow dojo etiquette, safety rules, and instructor guidance at all times.
4. Payments and Refunds
Trial offers, class packages, and memberships are billed according to the terms presented at signup. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing by Kombat Karate Academy.
5. Liability Waiver
Martial arts training involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. By participating, you assume responsibility for your own health and safety. Kombat Karate Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during training, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Kombat Karate Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
